Impact Transdisciplinary Practice
Impact Transdisciplinary Practice looked at how design can help a group recognise the culture it already carries. Through research, storytelling, and visual organisation, the project turned scattered experiences into a shared narrative that people could see and discuss.
The work focused less on delivering a single object and more on creating a frame for reflection. It used design as a way to surface hidden relationships: between people, routines, values, and the informal knowledge that shapes how an organisation works.
