Monstera
Monstera explores recycled HDPE as more than a substitute material. I wanted the object to show the material's own translucency, colour variation, and uneven surface rather than hide those qualities behind a clean industrial finish.
The form draws from the recognisable shape of the monstera leaf. By combining recycled plastic with light, the project turns waste material into a luminous plant-like object, positioned between decoration, material experiment, and a quieter statement about reuse.
